The Bible

We Believe the Bible is the Inspired! Infallible! Inerrant! Authoritative Word of God!

 

The Trinity

We Believe there is only ONE GOD, Manifested as the Father, Son & Holy Spirit!

 

Salvation

John 3:16

“For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.”

 

Romans 10:9-10

“That if you confess with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord," and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.  For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved.”

 

Water Baptism

We believe water baptism is a symbol of the cleansing power of the blood of Christ and a testimony to our faith in the Lord Jesus Christ.

 

Matthew 28:19 “Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost.”

 

Communion

We believe in the regular taking of Communion as an act of remembering what the Lord Jesus did for us on the cross.

 

I Corinthians 11:23- 26 “For I received from the Lord that which I also delivered to you: that the Lord Jesus on the same night in which He was betrayed took bread; and when He had given thanks, He broke it and said, 'Take, eat; this is My body which is broken for you; do this in remembrance of Me.' In the same manner He also took the cup after supper, saying, 'This cup is the new covenant in My blood. This do, as often as you drink it, in remembrance of me.' For as often as you eat this bread and drink this cup, you proclaim the Lord's death till He comes”. 

 

Growing Relationship

We believe every believer should be in a growing relationship with Jesus; obeying God's Word, yielding to the Holy Spirit and by being transformed to the image of Christ.
